Strategic Designer and Marketing Specialist
I BLEND STORYTELLING, MARKETING, AND DESIGN TO BUILD IMPACTFUL BRAND EXPERIENCES
ABOUT
I thrive at the intersection of design, strategy, and storytelling, creating user-centered designs that are both visually compelling and results-driven. With a background in branding, marketing, and digital media, I merge creativity with data-driven strategy to build impactful experiences.

I hold a Master’s in Integrated Marketing Communications from Georgetown University and dual Bachelor’s degrees in Graphic Design and Strategic Communications from Oklahoma State University. My work has spanned National Geographic, USA TODAY, and freelance projects for brands like Nest Thermostat and Tourism Australia, leading multimedia campaigns, digital branding, and visual storytelling.
As the founder of Parrotfish, a nationally recognized sustainable personal care brand, I led product development, branding, retail partnerships, and market positioning, scaling the company from concept to nationwide distribution. Through strategic marketing, I secured press coverage, while overseeing packaging design, trade show exhibitions, and e-commerce strategy. My expertise spans brand management, campaign development, and consumer behavior, with experience in television key art, press collateral, social media content, and email marketing.
Beyond my professional work, I am a founding member of New Bern Pride and enjoy rock climbing, pottery, and fostering kittens through my local humane society. Originally from Washington, D.C., I temporarily live in New Bern, North Carolina, during my husband’s military service.
